饲料甜味剂中甜蜜素对糖精钠测定值的影响

摘　　要：为评价甜蜜素对甜味剂中糖精钠含量的影响,设计了5个不同甜蜜素添加量的甜味剂配方,甜蜜素的添加量分别为0、2.5%、5%、10%和20%,采用高氯酸非水滴定法检测糖精钠含量。结果发现,随着甜蜜素含量不断增加,所测定糖精钠含量也不断增加。Five sweetener formulas with different sodium cyclamate additive amount are designed to determine the influence of sodium cyclamate for sodium saccharin determination, additive amount of sodium cyclamate are 0, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 20%, tested the content of sodium saccharin using perchloric aeid through no aqueous titration. The results showed that, with the increasing of content of sodium cyclamate, the content of saccharin sodium was al- so increasing.
