摘 要:低压成套开关设备是城乡电网中必不可少的关键设备,所以对其进行可靠性评估具有非常重要的意义。由于试验数据很少的缘故,可以运用Bayes方法评估其可靠性,能够有效运用先验信息是Bayes方法的优点。但是,应用先验信息的前提就是需要检验其与试验数据是否近似服从同一总体,这就是先验信息的相容性检验技术。图比较说明法及Wilcoxon秩和检验法的检验结果表明,所选先验信息与低压成套开关设备的试验数据通过了相容性检验,该批先验信息可以用于扩大样本容量,使后续可靠性评估结果更加准确。It is well known that the low voltage switchgear is one of the most important equipments in urban and rural power system, so researching on reliability of the low voltage switchgear has great significance. Be- cause that the test results of the low voltage switchgear is very few, Bayesian method is used to evaluate its reli- ability, which could enlarging the sample size. However, the precondition of using Bayesian method is to ensure that the prior information and experimental data obey the same distribution. This is just the problem of compati- bility check. The prior and test data about low voltage switchgearare are proved to pass the compatibility test by the qualitative method of fitting and quantitative method of the Wilcoxon rank test. The prior data therefore can be used to maximum the capacity of the test data in order to guarantee the result of the reliability evaluation.
