摘　　要：大学是一个传承、传播和创造思想的地方,也是一个培育普遍性价值理念与理想的地方。大学的信仰与价值追求,是大学顶层的建筑结构,是大学文化的灵魂。大学与哲学不可分。如果说大学文化是大学的根基和血脉,那么,大学的脉管里鼓荡的必定是"崇道"的生命元气。哲学对于大学拥有自身的信仰与价值追求、对于大学人开启智慧、对于大学文化引领社会文化的发展都具有重要的价值。University is a place to spread and bring about the thought and it is also a place to cultivate wide- spread ideals of value. The belief and value-pursuit of university is the top building structure and the soul of univer- sity culture. It can＇t be separated between university and philosophy. If culture of university is the foundation and blood lineage of university, its blood vessel must be filled with life vitality of principle worship. Philosophy has great value for university in obtaining its own belief and value, and initiating intelligence of university students. It also has great value for university culture to lead the development of social culture.
