摘  要:目的优化复合酶辅助超声提取穿破石黄酮苷的工艺。方法单因素实验考察料液比、加酶量、超声处理温度、超声处理时间对穿破石黄酮苷提取效果的影响,通过正交实验确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶25(g∶mL)、加酶30 mg、超声温度40℃、超声时间15 min,黄酮苷含量为3.96 mg·g-1,RSD为0.04%。结论复合酶辅助超声提取穿破石黄酮苷具有提取率高、省时、有效成分破坏少及提取结果稳定等优点。Objective To optimize technology of extracting flavonoid glycoside from Cudrania tricuspidata by complex enzyme assisted ultrasonic wave process. Methods The optimum process was determined with the orthogonal test by evaluating effects of solid to liquid ratio, enzyme dosage, ultrasonic temperature, duration and amount of flavonoid glycoside extracted. Results The best extraction condition was that taking solid to liquid at a ratio of 1 : 25 ( g : mL), using enzyme at 30mg, setting ultrasonic temperature at 40℃ and uhrasoning for 15 min. The highest concentration of flavonoid glycoside was 3.96 mg·g^-1, with RSD of 0.04%. Conclusion Enzyme-assisted ultrasonic extraction presents the feature of high extraction rate, time saving, less damage components and stable results.
