大型平板类塑料制品冷却系统的优化设计

摘  要:大型平板类塑料制品常因尺寸大冷却不均匀,成型时容易产生翘曲变形。针对该问题,提出利用数值模拟技术预测和控制因冷却系统设计不合理而产生的缺陷。首先以大型拼装塑料地垫为研究对象,分析该制件的结构和成型性能特点,然后采用计算机模拟方法对冷却系统进行分析。通过对2种冷却系统设计方案进行比对,预测可能存在的缺陷,并得到优化的冷却系统。模拟分析结果表明,改进后的冷却系统表面温度分布更加均匀,表面固化时间缩短。通过生产实践证明,该方法用于大型平板类塑料制件注射成型模具设计,能有效控制产品的质量。Large flat plastic products may produce warpages because they are large in size and hard to be uniformly cooled. In this paper, the numerical simulation technique was used to predict and control the defects resulting from imperfect cooling system design. The structure and formability characteristics of large assembled plastic floor pads were introduced. The computer simulation meth- od was used to analyse the cooling system of the mould designed for the floor pads. The optimized cooling system was obtained by comparing between two design schemes. The simulation results show that the improved cooling system can provide more uniform surface temperature distribution with shorter cooling time. It is indicated that the numerical simulation technique can be used in the moulding design of large flat plastic parts to improve product aualitv.
