摘　　要：采用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对福建省青少年足球赛事体制(体系)进行调查研究。研究结果表明福建省青少年足球赛事70%是由省教育厅、省体育局组织,组织形式多采用赛会制,比赛形式采用混合赛制,严重影响了福建省足球水平的提高和发展。鉴此,建议福建省建立体教相结合的培养机制,拟定三年一小步、五年一大步的阶段性目标,将长远目标放在高校足球水平的提高上,促进高校与职业运动队的稳步对接,以逐步提高福建省青少年足球水平。Fujian adolescents＇ soccer match system was investigated via literature and site survey, interviews and mathematical statistics. 70 percent of adolescents soccer matches in Fujian were or- ganized by the Education Department and the Physical Education Bureau of Fujian province, the dominant organization form being game-meetings and the competition forms being mixed games. The influence of the organization and competition forms on Fujian soccer development was examined. To improve the soccer games level in Fujian, it is vital that we establish a soccer training mechanism that integrates sports with education. It is proposed that we establish a step-wise development goal with the long-term focus on developing university soccer sports to upgrade university soccer sports- men into professional soccer players.
