摘　　要：在我国高等教育大众化背景下,做好经济发达地区大学生职业规划具有突出的现实意义和示范作用。据调查发现,当代大学生在职业规划方面存在着职业规划意识薄弱、自我认知欠缺、职业目标期望过高、缺乏相关专业辅导、对学校职业生涯规划辅导满意度不高等问题。做好当代大学生的职业生涯规划,需要学校和大学生个人积极努力,多管齐下,通过完善学校的职业生涯规划辅导体系等措施,引导大学生未雨绸缪,树立正确的职业生涯规划观。Career planning of college students in developed areas is of realistic significance and plays an exemplary role in the context of popularization of higher education in China. It is found in the survey that the contemporary college students have problems in career planning, such as lacking relevant awareness and knowledge, setting too high career expectations, and getting little or dissatisfactory professional counseling and guidance from the college. It is argued that to help make good career planning for the college students, it is necessary to take various measures like having both colleges and students work actively, using multiple approaches, improving guidance systems, and thus guide the students in adopting a proper viewpoint of career planning for the future.
