摘　　要：恶性黑色素瘤(malignant melanoma,MM)转移到胃、十二指肠等部位相对少见且易造成误诊.为了探讨此种疾病临床病理学特点及内镜下表现.本文报道了1例脉络膜恶性MM消化系转移的病例,通过胃镜检查及活组织病理检查明确诊断,并对相关的文献进行复习.因此,原发灶切除后临床医生要做到定期随访同时加强对其内镜下表现和病理学特征的认识.Malignant melanoma metastasis to the gastroduodenal tract is a rare, likely misdiagnosed entity. Here we report a case of choroidal melanoma lesion metastatic to the alimentary canal which was confirmed by digestive endoscopy and histopathology. Besides, we also reviewed the related literatures and summarized the endoscopic manifestations, clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of this disease. Physicians should raise awareness of the endoscopic manifestations and histological characteristics of this rare clinical condition.
