摘 要:目的通过溶血试验评价口腔修复用国产碳纤维桩材料的生物相容性。方法选用4种国产碳纤维桩材料,分别命名为PI1、PI2、PI3和PI4。参照ISO 10993-4:1992及YY/T 0127.1-1993,采用新鲜兔血,对4种国产碳纤维桩材料进行体外溶血试验。结果新研制的根管修复用碳纤维桩材料溶血率均小于5%。其中PI4材料的溶血率最小。结论新研制的国产碳纤维桩材料均不引起急性溶血。Objective To evaluate the biological compatibility of native carbon fiber-reinforced post composites. Methods Four kinds of made-in-China carbon fiber-reinforced post composites were selected in this study, named PI1, PI2, PI3 and PI4. Hemolysis test with fresh rabbit blood was performed on the four kinds of newly developed carbon fiber post composites according to ISO 10993-4 and YY/T 0127. 1-1993. Results The hemolysis rates of the newly developed carbon fiber post composites were less than 5% and the hemolysis rate of PI4 was the lowerest. Conclusion All of the four kinds of newly developed post composites has no evident hemolysis, and PI4 has the best hemocompatibility.
