摘 要:以国内某大型蓄水发电厂厂房为研究对象,建立三维有限元模型。对厂房现状结构进行动力计算并与现场模态试验进行比较,分析厂房振动产生裂缝的原因。在已有模型基础上对厂房厚板加固方案进行了的模态与瞬态的计算。计算结果表明:在频率方面,厚板加固提高厂房结构的刚度同时降低其频率,但效果不显著;在振型方面,厚板加固可以有效地减少厂房的局部振动;动力响应方面,相对厂房现状结构,厚板结构的厂房动应力有一定的减小,但个别点也存在动应力增加的现象。Based on the powerhouse of a pumped-storage power station, a three-dimensional FEM model is established. Compared dynamic calculation with modal experiment, the reason of the cracks by the vibration of the powerhouse is analyzed. Based on the current model, the modal calculation and transient calculation of thick slab strengthening plan of the powerhouse are carried out. The results indicate that thickening concrete slab can increase the rigidity of the powerhouse and decrease the frequency a litter; and the part vibration can be decreased obviously. The dynamic stress of the strengthening powerhouse is less than that of the current powerhouse, but some points are opposite.
