摘　　要：目的:探讨适合泪囊黏液性囊肿的手术方式及疗效。方法:对42例(42眼)泪囊黏液性囊肿,采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道激光成形、泪道引流管植入进行治疗,并回顾性分析其疗效。结果:42例眼中有36眼一次性治愈,3眼泪小管阻塞复发后行第二次泪道激光植管后治愈,3例虽然囊肿消退,但上泪道无法通畅而疗效差,总的治愈率为92.86%。结论:泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道激光成形、泪道引流管植入是治疗泪囊黏液性囊肿的较好方法,正确的手术技巧及合理的药物应用同样是手术成功的关键。Objective：To explore the effectiveness of combined surgery for treating dacryocyst mucocele. Methods ：42 patients （42 eyes） with dacryocyst mucocele were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy combined with laser dacryocystoplasty and lacrimal drainage tube indwelling surgery. The effectiveness was analyzed retrospectively. Results： Out of the 42 eyes, 36 were cured and 3 recurred eyes were cured after a second surgery.The total effective rate was 92.86% .Conclusion： Dacryocystorhinostomy combined with laser dacryocystoplasty and lacrimal drainage tube indwelling surgery is an effective method for dacryocyst mucocele.
