摘  要:结合日钢120t转炉生产实践,分析认为影响钢铁料消耗的主要因素是转炉吹损、烟尘损失、渣中铁损和喷溅损失等。通过低硅铁水的少渣冶炼及合理添加烧结矿和球团矿等措施,辅以优化装入制度、优化原辅料结构、优化脱氧工艺及加强终点控制等,钢铁料消耗(Q235B)由1080.2kg/t降为1053.2kg/t。Combined with the production practices of Richao Steel' 120 t converter, analysis considered that the main factors affecting the ferrous charges consumption are converter blowing loss, dust loss, iron loss in slag, loss by splashing and so on. Through less slag smelting of low-silicon liquid iron, reasonably adding sinter and pellets and being supplemented by optimizing the loading system, the structure of the raw materials and deoxidatian process and strengthening endpoint control etc, the ferrous charges consumption (Q235B) was reduced from 1 080.2 kg/t to 1 053.2 kg/t.
