摘 要:为实现EHPS电控单元之间的数据共享,减少整车传感器数量、简化线束,并提高底盘电子控制系统的安全可靠性,本文构建基于CAN总线的数据通信系统平台.其数据通信能力在速度和安全等方面有显著提高,且PID控制算法及相应补偿策略具有较好的助力跟随性,实现了低速时转向轻便、高速时转向稳定的要求,同时系统响应性好,为EHPS产品开发提供了理论和实验依据.It is proposed that a data communication system platform based on CAN bus for the purposes of sharing data between electronic control unit in EHPS. Based on the system, the total number of automobile sensor is reduced,' and the design of wiring harness and improves the safety and reliability of the chassis electronic control system is simplified. The platform improves the transmission speed and data security significantly. The PID controlling algorithm and compensation strategy have a good capability in power trace. It has a good response characteristic of easy steering at low speed and stable steering at high speed. It provides a reference both in theory and experiment for the development of EHPS products.
