尼氏真绥螨体表特征的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：尼氏真绥螨是多种害螨特别是叶螨的主要天敌,由于其个体小,尤其是刚毛和一些细微分类特征构造难以观察和判断,常常难以准确鉴定。本文报道了尼氏真绥螨雌螨和雄螨的体表扫描电镜观察结果,并配绘了光学显微镜下的线条图,以供尼氏真绥螨鉴定及其性别区分参考。Euseius nicholsi （Ehara et Lee） is an important natural enemy of various pest mites. Morphological features of E. nicholsi, especially setae and subtle structures, are difficult to be recognized and hard to right-ly identified due to the tiny body size. The ultra-structure of E. nicholsi was observed by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and the line drawing made with optical microscope was painted in the current investiga-tion. The results could facsiliate the identification of the predatory mite.
