摘  要:用80%乙醇对白芨进行提取,醇提浸膏依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。运用羟基自由基(.OH)体系、二苯代苦味基肼自由基(DPPH.)体系对Fe3+进行还原能力试验,分析白芨各提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:白芨不同提取物对.OH和DPPH.都有较好的清除作用,其中乙酸乙酯提取物对.OH和DPPH.的清除作用最强,其IC50值分别为0.238 g/mL、0.076 mg/mL;各提取物对Fe3+均有较强的还原能力,乙酸乙酯提取物还原效果最为明显。初步表明白芨具有一定的抗氧化活性,在抗衰老方面有广泛的应用前景。BletiUa striata were treated with 80% ethanol, consecutively, the ethanol extracts were extracted using petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and 1-butanol. The antioxidant activities of the above ex-tracts in vitro were analyzed by the hydroxyl free radical ( · OH), DPPH free radical and deoxidization Fe^3+ reaction system. Results indicated that extracts from Bletilla striatademonstrated good scavenging effect on the hydroxyl free radical. Ethyl acetate extracts had the best scavenging effect, whose corresponding IC50 value were 0.238 g/mL and 0.076 mg/mL. All of the extracts had strong deoxidization ability of Fe^3+. Ethyl ace-tate extracts had significant deoxidization ability. The available evidences preliminarily indicated that Bletilla striata has stronger antioxidant activities, thus may be widely applied to antiaging.
