摘　　要：为了确保通信的可靠性同时控制成本,采用一体化设计方法,规划了网络路由层和光传输链路层双层Mesh结构的新一代通信网络。并针对该结构,设计了拓扑理论模型和时延计算模型,实现了对通信网络时延等参数较为简洁而准确的计算。To ensure the reliability and cost control, an integrative design method is proposed for planning the architecture of bi-Mesh, including the IP router layer and optical transmission layer in the new generation communication network. The theoretical topology and the delay calculating models are established for estimating the values of latency in the architecture.
