摘　　要：本文主要从科学策划、教学技能培训、师德素养及安全意识教育、合理分配实习岗位、管理制度建设等五个方面来探讨如何做好"国培计划"置换实习管理工作。This paper mainly discusses how to improve the management substitute teaching prac- tice of ＂National Training Plan＂ in Chinese normal universities from the following five aspects： sci- entific training, training of teaching skills, education of teaching ethics and security awareness, ap- propriate distribution of teaching practice posts, and construction of management system.
