摘  要:针对"体育课程目标"引起学校体育专家学者的讨论和一线体育教师对"体育课程目标"在实施中感到困惑的现状,采用文献资料研究的方法,通过对确定课程目标的环节及要素构成的分析,提出了国家的教育方针和学校的培养目标、体育学科的性质和功能、学生当前的体育需要、学生当代社会生活的体育需求、体育课程目标的基本价值取向是确定体育课程目标应该遵循的基本依据.The paper is based on the discussion by the school experts and scholars on the topic of "Physical Education Objectives" and the confusion about its implementation from some top physical education teachers. After researching bibliographies and analyzing the link and composition of how to confirm the course objectives, the paper puts forward that the national policy of education, the school' s training objective, the nature and function of physical education, the current physical needs of the students, the needs of students' social life, and the basic value orientation of the physical education objectives are the basic rules in the decision of making physical education objectives.
