摘 要:目的:探讨肺与大肠在肠病病理状态下的特异相关性。方法:建立大鼠肠病(便秘)模型,观察其对五脏的病理形态和相关调控物质的影响。结果:模型大鼠的肺和结肠组织病理形态同步改变,而其他四脏无明显变化。模型大鼠结肠组织和肺组织中八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK8)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)均出现显著变化(P<0.05,P<0.01),而在心、肝、脾、肾却无显著差异。结论:肠病对肺的影响具有一定程度的特异性。肺与大肠之间的特异相关性可能是"肺与大肠相表里"的内涵之一。Objective: To study the specific relevance between lung and large intestine under the pathological condition of constipation. Methods: Establishment of the constipation model and observiaton of the influence on the pathological morphology and the related regulating and controlling material. Results: There is a synchronous pathological change between the model rats' lung and large intestine tissue but no obvious change of the other four organs. There are significant changes of CCK8, CGRP SP, and VIP of the model rats'large intestine and lung tissue (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), but there is no significant difference in the heart, liver, spleen and kidney. Conclusion: There is certain specificity of the influence of constipation on the lung. The specific correlation between lung and large intestine may be one of the connotations of 'the interior and exterior relation between lung and large intestine'.
