近代医易学派的兴衰历程及其原因初探

摘　　要：近代医易学派是指近代以易理阐发医理、以易学会通医学的学术派别。本文以近代医易学派为研究对象,按照历史时期和主流思潮的不同将其发展史大致分为初、中、末3个阶段,分述各阶段的时代背景、中西观、中西医观、医易学派的学术成就,并深入论述主流思潮对医易学派发展情况的影响。近代医易学派历经中西医学的初步碰撞、相互对峙、西盛中衰的过程,始终信守中医理论体系的独立完整,捍卫中医的主体地位。本文论述医易学派由盛而衰的百年历史并反思其兴衰背后的原因,旨在为当代中医的发展思路提供有价值的参考。The school of Chinese medicine and yijing in modern time means an academic faction which explains Chinese medical thought by Yi theory convergence of TCM by Yi studies. This paper, with the school of Chinese medicine and Yijing as an object, in accordance with the different historical periods and mainstream thought, it divides the history of development into three stages including initial stage, middle stage and end stage, and respectively expounds the academic achievements of each stage of the historical background, the concept of Chinese and Western, the concept of Chinese and Western medicine, and the academic achievements of the school of Chinese medicine and Yijing. This article also makes an in-depth discussion on the impact of mainstream thought on the development of the school of Chinese medicine and Yijing. The school of Chinese medicine and Yijing has undergone a series of process including the initial collision of Chinese and Western medicine, mutual confrontation and West flourishing-Chinese weak. They always abides by the theory of independence and integrity of the system of Chinese medicine, and defends the dominant position of TCM. This paper discourses the one hundred years of history of the school of Chinese medicine and yijing in modern time, from prosperity to decline, and reflects the reasons of its rise and fall. It is expected to be helpful for the development direction of the contemporary TCM.
