张仲景治痰方的临床运用与浅析

摘　　要："痰"作为一种病理产物和致病因素,在哮喘疾病的发生和发展中有重要的影响。从"痰"入手积极治疗,对于缓解哮喘患者的临床症状及提高生活质量意义重大。在诸多中医古籍中,对"痰"在哮喘中的突出地位有了很多的阐述,在现代临床运用中,笔者也发现对于哮喘的治疗另辟蹊径从"痰"入手往往效果明显。文章通过对张仲景治痰方的初步总结与浅析,探讨其方药特色,总结一般规律,以期对临床治疗有价帮助。As a pathological products and the pathogenic factors, ＇sputum＇ has a great influence on the occurrence and development of asthma. It has a great significance for relieving clinical symptoms and improving life quality. From ancient records of TCM, ＇sputum＇ has the prominent position in TCM pathogenesis of asthma. In modem clinical practices the writer found that put the focus on ＇sputum＇ in the way of asthma treatment, the therapeutic outcome will beyond our exception. In this paper, summing up the sputum treatment prescription of ZHANG Zhong-jing, and analysis the characters of them will do great help in clinical practices in the future.
