从整体性原则看高校思想政治教育的实效性

摘　　要：实效性不强是当下高校思想政治教育领域一个需要破解的难题,出路在于从整体性视角研究和处理该问题。重温马克思主义基本原理的有关论述,我们发现:联系和发展的观点、人的本质思想、存在决定意识的观点、历史合力理论等都在启示我们应该充分认识高校思想政治教育贯彻整体性原则的重要性。落实思想政治教育整体性原则、增强思想政治教育的实效性应在以下几个方面着力:全方位构建高校思想政治教育内容、进行全员思想政治教育、协调思想政治教育系统内的各要素、创造良好的思想政治教育环境、全面利用思想政治教育载体等。Ineffectiveness is a tough problem that needs to be addressed in ideological and political education in Chinese universities. The solution lies in researching and dealing with the problem in integrity perspective. To review relevant discussions of Marxist basic principle, we can find that the basic principles of connection and development point of view, the theory on nature of human, the idea of social being determining consciousness, and the theory of historical resultant force and so on indicate we have to pay great attention to the integrity principle of the ideological and political education. The implementation of the integrity principle of the ideological and political education means enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, and we should focus on the following aspects, to comprehensively construct the ideological and political education content; to have an overall ideological and political education;to coordinate the various elements within the ideological and political education system; to create good ideological and political education environment and to make full use of the ideological and political education carriers.
