摘 要:介绍了基于悬臂梁弯曲原理的薄板木质材料应力松弛特性的检测方法。由应力松弛试验可得到如下结论:四种被测板材均可得到明显的应力松弛曲线,并与测量原理中的曲线变化趋势相符;测试时间越长,得到的应力松弛曲线越平缓;应力值的衰减幅度先快后慢,当测试时间达到2h时即可得到较为理想的应力松弛结果。Detecting methods for the stress relaxation characteristics of thin-plate wooden materials based on the cantilever-beam bending principle is introduced. Through the stress relaxation test, the following conclusions can be obtained: significant stress relaxation curves of four kinds of tested plates can be obtained easily, and such curves match the curve change trend in the measurement principle; the longer the test duration, the gentler the stress relaxation curve; the attenuation rate of the stress value is fast first, then slow and when the test duration reaches 2h, an ideal stress relaxation result can be achieved.
