摘　　要：本文主要介绍横河CS3000系统在常减压装置的实际应用,以现场的实际控制方案为例,描述了分程控制的控制方法及温度控制的算法。又以APC系统的引入介绍了DSC在线增加网络设备及V net的扩展方法。最后介绍了DCS系统硬件方面抗干扰的措施。该系统可靠性高,确保了装置的安稳运行,带来了可观的效益。This paper mainly introduces the application of Yokogawa CS3000 system in VDU.It takes the field con- trol scheme as an example to describe the control method of split range control and the algorithm of temperature control.With the introduction of APC system,it introduces online addition of DCS network equipments and V net ex- tension.Finally, it introduces the hardware anti-interference measurement of DCS. The high reliability of the system ensures the smooth operation and has brought considerable technical benefits to the enterprise.
