温州民营企业老板“跑路”的深层原因与效应

摘　　要：研究显示,温州民营企业老板"跑路"的深层原因主要是:企业资金链断裂;民间投资空间狭窄化和炒作的短期投资与投机;企业实力不强,缺乏竞争力;温州的边缘化和非理性的选择等。此事件给温州带来了不少负效应:殃及债权人面大;对地方经济造成重创;带来了怨气与社会问题等。因此,要务必认真反思,转危为机。This study shows that the underlying reasons of the ＂running away＂ （avoiding creditors） by bosses of Wenzhou private enterprises are： the crack of enterprise capital chain; the narrowed channels of private investment, the hyped short-term investment and speculation, the weakness in enterprise strength and competitiveness, the marginalization of Wenzhou and irrational choice and so on. All these have resulted in a lot of negative effects： a wide influence on creditor＇s rights, harm to local economy, and social problems and so on. This article discusses these problems with an aim to turn the crisis into opportunity.
