摘　　要：1919年铁路统一案纷争一时,各政治势力出于不同的目的或支持或反对这项提案。旧交通系首领梁士诒正是反对声中最强烈的一个,本文试图叙述梁士诒为反对该项提案所做的努力,以及分析其背后的原因。In the dispute over the railway unification plan in 1919, various political forces were either for or against the plan due to different reasons. Liang Shiyi, the leader of the old traffic system, opposed the plan strongly. The article tries to state the effort that Liang made to object the plan, and analyze the reasons for the objection.
