摘  要:语言与文化是不可分离的,对外汉语培训不仅要提高学习者的汉语语言水平,还要提高他们的跨文化交际能力。培训教师要针对参加对外汉语培训的学习者特点,选取他们迫切需要了解和领悟的文化因素,结合课程设置、教学计划,合理规划语言教学中的文化渗透,加强他们对中国文化的理解,提高他们的跨文化交际能力。Language and Culture are inseparable. Training program of teaching Chinese as a second language aims to im- prove the learners' Chinese language ability as well as their cross - cultural communication ability. Teachers should choose those cultural factors which learners need urgently to understand and master in accordance with their characteristics. Cultural infiltration in Chinese language training program should be combined with the curriculum and teaching planning to strengthen learners' understanding of Chinese culture, thus, to improve their cross - cultural communication ability.
