摘　　要：建立现代企业制度，推行公司制改革，使企业享有包括国家在内的投资者形成的全部法人财产，并以其拥有的全部法人财产依法独立经营，这是现代企业制度的核心和本质。本文即从现代企业制度的特征、形成及现代企业制度的核心来说明现代企业制度的本质。The kernel and the essence of the modern enterprises' system is characterized by establishing the modern enterprises' system, carrying out company system reform, enabling the enterprises to own all the corporation property of the investors, including the state government, and to operate independently according to the law with all their corporation properties owned, The article states the essence of the modern enterprises' system from the point of view of the characteristics, the form and the kernel of the modern enterprises' system.
