摘  要:比较丛粒藻(Botryococcus braunii)藻株AGB-Bb02在4种培养基Chu10、Chu13、BG11和BBM中的生长效应,测定其藻细胞在延滞期、对数前期、对数后期和稳定期4个生长期总烃、总脂的含量,并初步分析了对数后期样本总烃粗提物的成分。结果表明:B.braunii AGB-Bb02在Chu10中的比生长速率较快、代时较短,藻细胞的总烃、总脂代谢累积量较高,Chu10可作为该藻株较为理想的培养基。该藻株在对数生长后期的总烃、总脂含量最高,可选为最佳收获期,其对数生长期后期的粗烃组分主要为正构烷烃、异构烷烃和烯烃。Effects of four kinds of mediums,including Chu10,Chu13,BG11 and BBM,on Botryococcus braunii AGB-Bb02 are compared.Contents of total hydrocarbons and total lipids of this strain in the lag phase,the early-logarithmic phase,the post-logarithmic phase and the stationary phase are determined.And the hydrocarbon components of B.braunii AGB-Bb02 in the post-logarithmic phase are analyzed by GC-MS.The results shows the specific growth rate,total hydrocarbons and total lipids in Chu10 are higher than those of other three mediums,while the generation time of B.braunii AGB-Bb02 is shortest.It indicates overall Chu10 the optimal medium for the growth,hydrocarbons and lipids of %%B.braunii AGB-Bb02.B.braunii AGB-Bb02 reaches its highest total hydrocarbons and total lipids in the post-logarithmic phase considered to be the best time for harvest hydrocarbon and lipid production.The crude hydrocarbon extract mainly includes n-alkanes,isoparaffin and alkene.
