摘　　要：大学生在其成长过程中不可避免地会遭遇各种挫折。然而现在却有不少大学生稍一遇到挫折,就感到倍受打击,甚至感到绝望,令人担忧。只有对他们进行正确的引导教育,树立应对挫折的良好心态,才能使其健康成长,造就一批社会主义的合格建设者和接班人。Abstract： College students in their growth process will inevitably encounter all kinds of setbacks. However, a lot of students are hit hard when they encounter slight setbacks, some even despair. In order to make them grow up healthily and create a number of qualified socialist builders and successors, we should give themproper guidance education andhelp them establish goodmentality tocopewithfrustration.
