摘　　要：智能液压机主要利用信息感知、决策判断、安全执行等先进智能技术,形成专家与智能机器共同组成的人机系统,实现产品、工具、环境和工人等资源的最佳组织与优化配置,延伸和部分取代人类在液压成形制造过程中的体力与脑力劳动,属于智能制造技术中高端制造装备范畴。智能液压机向功能复合、节能降噪、效率高、柔性好等方向发展,具有广泛的市场前景。Intelllgent hydraulic press is the human-machine system which combines the expert system ano intelligent equipment through some advanced techniques including information sensor, detection decision, safe performance and etc. The machine can ensure the optimal organization among the product, tools, environment and worker resources, and extend or replace worker performance during hydraulic forming manufacture. It belongs to high-end part in intelligent manufacturing industry. The intelligent hydraulic press is developing in small energy consumption, low noise, high efficiency, and good flexibility direction, which has wide market prospect.
