高职院校师资队伍建设运行机制的构建研究

摘　　要：文章提出高职院校构建师资队伍建设的有效运行机制主要应该考虑:教师本人要求上进的内在动力源及动力形成的外部压力,学校所应实施的管理制度及激励方式,为教师发展所能提供的各类平台及采取的措施等三个方面。通过这一机制的运行,将形成学校管理者在使用教师的同时充分考虑到教师发展的需要,教师个人在感觉到外在压力的同时积极转化为内在进取的动力这一良性循环的局面。To improve the overall quality of teachers＇ team is the prerequisite to improve the teaching quali- ty in vocational colleges. In structuring the operating mechanism for teachers＇ team construction, the following three aspects should be taken into consideration. That is, the motivation and the related external pressure, the management system and motivation modes as well as the development platforms. Owing to this mechanism, we can expect to create a desirable atmosphere in which school administrators will give full consideration to teach- ers＇ development and teachers will convert external pressure into motivation.
