摘　　要：高等教育事业经过几十年的发展,逐渐演变为多种形式的办学模式,面对日益复杂的高校财务关系,业务处理的繁杂性,以及经费核算量的成倍增加,在财务人员增员有限的情况下,构建财务协作团队,发挥协作团队合力,提高团队协同创新的能力与水平,为高校财务管理水平的提高与发展提供新途径。With the years development of university education,it has emerged into various kind of education patterns.Facing into the complicated university financial relations,the diverse business dealing and the numerous increases of fund calculation,and with the limited increase of financial staff,the paper studies how to construct the financial coordination team,exert the cooperation ability of the teams,and enhance the coordinated innovation capabilities and level,and therefore provides new approaches for the enhancement and development of the financial management levels at universities.
