摘  要:研究了成分(wt.%)为0.51C,2.2Si,1.5Mn,0.99Cr的高硅铸钢未经球化处理而直接等温淬火后的组织和力学性能.利用olympus金相电子显微镜观察组织、扫描电子显微镜分析冲击断口形貌;测试了试样的硬度(HRC)和冲击韧性.实验结果表明,等温淬火后,试样硬度值随等温淬火温度升高而降低,冲击韧性则表现出相反的变化规律,试样的组织主要为下贝氏体组织,并含有少量的奥氏体.The microstructure and properties of samples of high silicon cast steels were investigated after isothermal quenching. The chemical composition of samples were (all is in wt. % ) 0.51C, 2.2Si, 1.5Mn and 0, 99Cr. Scan Electron Microscoping was adopted to analyze fracture morphology. The results showed that the hardness of the specimens decreased with quenching temperature increasing, and the impact toughness was in contrast to that. The microstructures of specimens were mainly low bainite and a little retained austenite.
