摘　　要：从我国乳制品行业供应链管理存在的主要问题出发,应用高级计划排程的相关理论进行优化分析,提出了相应的解决策略;并以A公司的销售预测管理为例,进行了具体的应用分析。In this paper, in view of the problems in the supply chain management of the milk product industry, we used the advanced planning and programming to optimize the supply chain, proposed the corresponding strategy to solve the problems, and finally in the case of company A, carried out a specific analysis.
