摘　　要：目的 :考察鼻咽癌中差异表达的生长因子 细胞因子 ,推测鼻咽癌发生中可能存在的免疫机制。方法 :采用cDNA阵列杂交技术 ,同时对 98个己知与肿瘤相关的生长因子 细胞因子在鼻咽癌、正常鼻咽组织及其他几种头颈部鳞癌中的mRNA表达水平进行筛查 ,筛选出在鼻咽癌中差异表达的生长因子 细胞因子基因。结果 :在鼻咽癌中上调的基因包括 :早期生长应答蛋白 1,肝癌来源生长因子 ,白介素 1β ,血小板来源生长因子A链 ,干细胞因子 ,畸胎瘤来源生长因子 ,干扰素诱导肽、蛋白 ,干扰素调节因子及干扰素受体等 ;在鼻咽癌中下调的基因有 :TGF β 2等。 结论 :鼻咽癌细胞可能自分泌或促进分泌大量生长因子 ,鼻咽癌侵润淋巴细胞分泌的细胞因子主要为Th1细胞型。Objective:To investigate the differentially expressed growth factors and cytokines in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),thus to get an implication to possible immunological mechanism that may be involved in the development of NPC.Methods:cDNA array hybridization technique was used to screen the expression of 98 growth factors and cytokines known to be related to tumor biology,in the tissues of NPC,normal adult nasophargyngeal tissue,and several other head and neck squamous cell carcinomas.Results:Genes which were up regulated in NPC include:early growth response protein 1,hepatoma derived growth factor,IL 1β,platelet derived growth factor A chain,stem cell factor,teratoma derived growth factor 1,IFN inducible peptide,protein,IFN regulatory factor,IFN receptors,et al.Genes which were down regulated in NPC include TGF β2 et al.Conclusion:Nasopharyngeal cancer cells may self secrete or pro secrete many growth enhancers.The cytokines secreted by the infiltrating lymphocytes in NPC are maily Th1 type.
