摘  要:本文采用竞争性酶联免疫分析和二步生化比色法测定了67例肝硬化(LC)患者、46例健康人血浆P物质和一氧化氮(NO)水平,以及血动力学参数。显示失代偿期LC患者血浆P物质、NO水平较代偿期及正常人为高。失代偿期LC患者全身血管阻力(SVR)、平均动脉压(MAP)明显降低,心输出量(CO)明显增加;SVR与血浆P物质、NO水平呈负相关。提示NO过度形成和释放是启动和维持LC门脉高动力循环的重要因素。P物质对维持门脉高压高动力循环起重要作用。Plasma levels of substance P,Nitric oxide(NO) Were assayed in 67 Patients with cirrhosis and 46 health controls.In addition, systemic and portal hemodynamics were evaulated. Results showed that compared with compensated cirrhosis,decompensated liver cirrhosis(LC) had higher plasma levels of substance P,NO,accompanied by a lower systemic vascular resistance(SVR ),Lower mean arterial pressure(MAP) and increased cardic output(CO);SVR in decompensated LC was correlated with the levels of both substance P and NO. The data above suggested that Excessive formation and release of NO may participate in the initiation and maintenance of hemodynamic derangements in cirrhosis.Substance P may contribute to the maintenance of the hyperdynamic circulation.
