肝硬化门静脉和脾静脉血流量与食道静脉曲张的关系

摘　　要：观察肝硬化门脉高压病人食道静脉曲张程度与脾静脉血流量（Ｑｓｖ）和门静脉血流量（Ｑｐｖ）二者比值（Ｑｓｖ／Ｑｐｖ）的关系。用胃镜观察肝硬化病人有食道静脉曲张者１３３例为研究对象，用彩色多普勒测门静脉和脾静脉的宽度，并测量Ｑｓｖ及Ｑｐｖ。结果食道静脉曲张程度与门静脉和脾静脉的扩张程度成正相关（P＜０．０５），与（Ｑｓｖ／Ｑｐｖ）呈非常显著正相关（P＜０．００５）。结论，肝硬化食道静脉曲张程度随着（Ｑｓｖ／Ｑｐｖ）的增加而加重，其相关性优于门静脉或脾静脉的宽度。To investigate the relationship between the degree of esophageal varicosity and the ratio of the splenic venous flows and the portal venous flows in the liver cirrhosis patients with portal venous hypertention.133 liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal raricosity were examined by gastroscope.The width and the flows of the porta vein and splenic vein was detected by Doppler ultrasonography.The degree of esophageal varicosity and the dilation degree of portal vein and splenic vein have positive co-relation(P<0.05),the former and the Qsv/Qpv have significent positive co-relation(P<0.005).Conclusion:the degree of esophageal raricosity were exacerbated companiced the increase of Qsv/Qpv.This relation is superior to the width of the portal vein and splenic vein.
