摘　　要：透过客家民间文学可以提出很多法律问题,更好地思考法律伦理属性,这既助益法律研究,也可以深化客家民间文学研究。客家民间文学中把问题的解决放在特定语境中,处置复杂事件时注重采风问俗,对民事纠纷的考辨掂量伦常秩序,对刑事案件的推究考虑协商恰切,民众维权手段大多寄托于清官廉吏。Many law ethics attributes can be put forward by the folk literature that can not only help benefit the law research but also deepen the research of the Hakka folk literature. The Hakka folk literature focuses on solving problems in the special language environment. Dealing with complex events, we should pay attention to consulting and knowing the customs and we also should analyze the Ethics laws sequence when faced with civil dispute. And it is suitable to research the criminal cases. Most common people hope the clean fingered government official to safeguard their legal rights.
