摘　　要：等电位作业关键的技术措施就是如何安全稳妥进入强电场,特别是在500kV小塔窗的情况下,安全稳妥的进入路径很重要。介绍一种"圆尺法",能在塔图上很方便地找出进入等电位的最佳路径,避免停电实际测量。The key technical measure of equal potential work is how to enter strong electric field safely,especially under the condition of 500kV small tower window, in which the safely entering path is very important. A ＂ring ruler method＂ is introduced which can find the optimal path to enter equal potential on tower map, and avoid the practical measurement under the condition of outage.
