摘  要:回顾我国康复医师的培养历程,分析现阶段我国社会对康复医师的需求以及康复医师人才培养不同模式的优缺点,提出康复医师人才培养"5+2"模式,即在七年制临床医学专业中实行5年临床医学专业教育加2年临床康复技能培训,着重培养医学生临床康复能力和解决康复医学实际问题的能力,达到临床医学专业硕士学位的培养要求,为社会输送康复医学高级医学人才。Based on a review of the process of cultivating rehabilitation physicians,the paper first analyzes the social demand for rehabilitation physicians in China,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different modes used in the education of rehabilitation physicians.Then,the authors put forward a mode of '5+2' for rehabilitation physician training,i.e.5-year clinical medical education followed by 2-year rehabilitation technique training in the 7-year clinical medical education program.This mode highlights medical students' mastering of clinical rehabilition techniques and development of their abilities to solve practical problems in rehabilitation medicine,in the attempt to satisfy the requirements for professional master's degree program in clinical medicine and to provide high-quality personnel for rehabilitation medicine.
