摘 要:目的:了解芜湖市护士职业倦怠的现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用MBI工作倦怠量表对芜湖市3家医院850名护士进行调查。结果:芜湖市护士群体职业倦怠三个维度:情感耗竭(Emotional Exhaustion,EE)得分(28.55±9.70)分,去人格化(Depersonalization,DP)得分(6.88±4.25)分,低个人成就感(Low personal accomplishment,PA)得分(30.84±7.69);处于25~30岁年龄组和6~10年护龄组护士的职业倦怠程度高于两端各组;急诊科护士职业倦怠程度最高;外科护士最低。结论:芜湖市护士群体职业倦怠程度较高。年龄、护龄、科室等因素会对护士职业倦怠产生影响。Objective: To study the current situation of job-burnout for clinical nurses and its effect factors in Wuhu City.Methods: 850 nurses in three hospitals of Wuhu were investigated by MBI.Results: Three scores of three dimensions of measuring Wuhu nurse groups are as follows: Emotional Exhaustion(28.55±9.70),Depersonalization(6.88±4.25) and Low Personal Accomplishment(30.84±7.69).The two groups that respectively range in age from 25 to 30 and in nursing year from 6 to 10 have higher degree of job-burnout than the other two groups.Nurses from emergency departments have the highest job-burnout degree,with surgical nurses the lowest.Conclusion: Nurses groups in Wuhu City have a higher degree of job-burnout.Age,nursing year and department are the factors affecting their job-burnout.
