摘　　要：根据目前本科微生物学教学实践中存在的问题,结合环境工程专业背景,从教学内容、手段、安全及考核机制等方面探讨,并提出改进措施,旨在突出实验教学的开放性和应用性,为培养创新型就业型专业人才奠定基础。Considering the existing problems of environmental microbiology teaching in universities, this article will discuss the teaching effectiveness of microbiology experimental course set in the profession of environmental engineering in the aspect of teaching content, method, safety and assessment mechanism within the course, and provide the recommendations for improving the teaching effectiveness as well. The purpose of this article will highlight the importance of openness and applicability in experimental teaching and lays the foundation for cultivating innovative-type and employment-dominant graduates.
