摘 要:目的探讨能级评估结合实训教学法在低年资护士静脉穿刺技能培训中的应用效果。方法将医院某科室16个病区低年资护士随机分为观察组(8个病区,76人),对照组(8个病区,84人)。对照组采用常规临床培训方法;观察组先进行静脉穿刺能级评估,针对不同能级实施实验室和临床培训。结果培训6个月后,观察组静脉穿刺技术水平和患者满意情况显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论能级评估结合实训教学能在较短时间内提高低年资护士的静脉穿刺技术水平,增强其临床工作信心,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of applying skill level evaluation and field teaching in venous puncture training for junior nurses. Methods Totally, 160 junior nurses from 16 wards were divided in a control group of 84 and an observation group of 76 randomly. The control group were subjected to traditional training on venous puncture, while their counterparts received evaluation of their skill levels, then received skill-levePoriented venous puncture training in the lab and in clinical settings. Results After 6 months' training, the levels of puncture skill and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Skill level evaluation combined with field teaching could help nurses make quite a leap in venous puncture skill, which boosts their confidence and improve patient satisfaction.
