摘 要:目的了解三级甲等医院护理管理者与在校护理硕士生对护理专业硕士生(护理硕士生)在医院就业优劣势认知状况及差异。方法采用便利整群抽样的方法,对126名三甲医院护理管理者、53名在校护理硕士生进行问卷调查。结果对就业优势4个问题的轮廓分析:平行检验、重合检验均P>0.05;水平轮廓检验,P<0.01;对就业劣势5个问题的轮廓分析:平行检验P>0.05,重合检验P<0.01。结论对护理硕士生就业优势认知上,护理硕士生和护理管理者没有差别,但在就业劣势上认知有差别。护理院校应注重硕士生的临床实践培养,医院护理管理者应给护理硕士生提供可靠的发展平台。Objective To understand how nursing administrators and postgraduate nursing students working in the hospitals as interns perceive the employment advantages and disadvantages of students. Methods Through convenience and cluser sampling, a total of 126 nursing administrators and 53 postgraduate nursing students working in the hospitals were surveyed. Results The profile analysis results from four questions of employment advantages showed no statistical significance in parallel test and coincident test (P〉0.05 for both), while they presented statistical significance in level profile test(P〈0.01). Meanwhile, the profile analysis results from five questions of employment disadvantages showed no statistical significance in parallel test (P〉O. 05), while they presented statistical significance in coincident test(P^0.01). Conclusion There were no different perspectives between nursing ad- ministrators and nursing postgraduates about employment advantages, but they showed differences in empolyment disadvantages. It is important to strengthen clinical training for postgraduate nursing students. In addition, hospital nursing managers should pro- vide postgraduate nursing students with a reliable platform for their development.
