胰腺癌血清学CA19-9检测39例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨消化系统肿瘤相关抗原 (CA19 9)对胰腺癌的临床意义及实用价值。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附法 ,对 39例临床确诊的胰腺癌患者术前及术后 2个月进行血清学CA19 9跟踪检测 ,以 6 0名健康献血员作对照。结果 :胰腺癌患者的手术前、后及对照组CA19 9值分别为 48.2± 14.5u/ml、2 4.4± 9.1u/ml和 15 .7± 5 .6u/ml。其敏感性为 89.7% ,特异性 10 0 % ,术前与术后及对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CA19 9对胰腺癌具有高度特异性 ,它不仅对胰腺癌的辅助诊断 ,而且可对高危人群的普查和筛选有重要意义 ,并可对患者术后进行有效监控。Objective:To explore the clinical significance and practical value of detection of the alimentary system tumor related antigen(CA19 9) in patients with pancreatic carcinoma. Methods:Serum CA19 9 were detected by ELISA in 39 patients with pancreatic carcinoma before and 2 months after operation,and 60 health blood donors as controls. Results:The values of CA19 9 were 48.2±14.5 u/ml,24.4±9.1 u/ml,and 15.7±5.6 u/ml in patients at preoperative,postoperative,and health controls,respectively.The sensitivity was 89.7% and specificity 100%. The were remarkable differences among the three groups( P <0.01).Conclusions: CA19 9 is high specific for pancreatic carcinoma and is not only useful for the diagnosis of the diseases,and also for screening the carcinoma among populations with high risk to the diseases. Detection of CA19 9 is an effective approach to monitor patients. [
