摘　　要：通过网络新闻,调查中国2012年1～7月的食品安全热点问题,并对这些问题进行内容分析和归类,发现中国食品安全所存在的违法问题及现状,在分析美国、欧盟和日本的食品安全管理经验及特点的基础上,结合中国食品安全现状,展示中国当前食品安全违法问题基本模式,并提出相应的对策。Through the network news survey on the hot issues of food safety during January 2012 to July 2012, the problems were analyzed and classified.
