摘　　要：食品安全监管中政府承担的道德责任,是政府必须强化的观念上的责任;在客观上,政府还应承担在监管决策失误时的政治责任和监管失职时的法律责任。考察政府在食品安全监管中的责任现实,认知只有强化道德责任意识、推行行政问责制以明确政治责任和完善食品安全监管法律责任机制,才能促进政府及其工作人员全面、勤勉地肩负起食品安全监管之责。The moral responsibility of government in food safety super- vision is the subjective duty that the government must strengthen .When the government make a mistake regulatory decision or supervision dere- liction ,it also should take political or legal responsibility. Only to strengthen moral responsibility consciousness, carry out administrative accountability system and perfect food safety supervision legal respon- sibility mechanism.The government and its staff can comprehensivly , diligently shoulder the responsibility of food safety supervision.
