知识粘滞前因对知识整合的作用机制研究——基于知识粘滞的中介作用与外部社会资本的调节作用

摘　　要：基于WSR理论分析框架挖掘影响知识粘滞的前因变量,引入知识粘滞与外部社会资本研究知识粘滞前因对知识整合的作用机制,运用结构方程模型和层次回归分析法进行实证研究。结果表明,知识粘滞在知识粘滞前因变量知识复杂性、过程粘滞与知识整合之间起完全中介作用,在知识发送方粘滞、知识接收方粘滞、主体距离粘滞、情境因素、主体关系粘滞与知识整合之间起部分中介作用;外部社会资本对知识粘滞前因变量与知识粘滞之间的具有正向或负向调节作用,但外部社会资本对知识发送方粘滞、主体关系粘滞与知识粘滞之间关系的负向调节不显著。Based on the WSR theoretical analysis framework, this paper excavates the antecedent variables affecting knowl- edge stickiness, introduces knowledge stickiness and external social capital into the study of the functional mechanism of knowledge stickiness antecedents on knowledge integration, and uses the structural equation model and the hierarchical regression analysis method to make an empirical study. The results indicate that knowledge stickiness plays a complete intermediary role among knowl- edge complexity, process stickiness and knowledge integration, and a partial intermediary role among knowledge sender stickiness, knowledge receiver stickiness, subject distance stickiness, situational factor, subject relationship stickiness and knowledge inte- gration. The external social capital plays a positive or negative modulating role in the relationships between knowledge stickiness an- tecedent variables and knowledge stickiness, though the negative modulating role of the external social capital in the relationships a- mong the knowledge sender stickiness, subject relationship stickiness and knowledge stickiness is not significant.
