摘 要:科研人员心理契约研究与知识转移研究具有明显的理论契合点。通过已有问卷搜集、专家访谈、开放问卷的方式编制问卷,向27个农业、建筑、水产科研院所科研人员进行发放,回收有效问卷332份,经过统计分析与结构方程建模,证明单位对个人和个人对单位的心理契约规范维度、情感维度、发展维度均对知识获取、知识沟通、知识应用起正向影响作用,并通过上述3个主动维度,正向影响知识接受,最后正向影响知识同化。The research on the psychological contract of the scientific research personnel and the research on knowledge trans- fer have obvious theoretical corresponding point. By collection of existing questionnaires, expert interview and compilation of ques- tionnaires in the form of open questionnaires to distribute them to the scientific research personnel in the 27 agricultural, architec- tural and aquatic scientific research institutions, we withdraw 332 effective questionnaires. After statistical analysis and structural e- quation modeling, it' s proved that the "standardization dimension", "emotional dimension" and "development dimension" of the organization-to-employee and employee-to-organization' s psychological contract all have the positive influence role on knowledge ac- quisition, knowledge communication and knowledge application. Besides, the psychological contract has a positive influence on knowledge acceptance and finally has a positive influence on knowledge assimilation through the above-mentioned 3 active dimen-
